  1. Directorate of Citzenship and Immigration Control has received funds to be used for the acquisition of MOTOR VEHICLES  (TWO 30 SEATERS AND 12 PICKUPS)

  2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies
  3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open Open Domestic Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders.
  4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM .
  5. The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 100,000 UGX. The method of payment will be Through Bank
  6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before Tuesday, 10 Jan, 2017 . Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) on 10/01/2017
  7. There shall not be a pre - bid meeting

The Directorate of Citizenship & Immigration Control has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of Twelve (12) Double Cabin Pick Ups and Two (02) 30 Seater Buses 2. The Directorate invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of Lot 1: (12) Twelve Double Cabin Picks Lot 2: (02) Two 30 Seater Buses 3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 as amended and PPDA Guidelines 2014, and is open to all bidders. 4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(a) from 8:30am to 5:00pm. 5.
