1. Broil invites firms to submit Expressions Of Interest for the provision of real estate development services in Kampala, Uganda.

2. The Client is a multinational corporate who requires a build to suit office development which will be utilised as their new country Head Office. The development is expected to be in the region of 10,000sqm net usable area plus parking bays.

3. The location of the development will be on a site already owned by the client within close proximity to Central Kampala. The Client will retain ownership of the development and requires a turnkey design, build and fit-out solution.

4. Bid documents in English can be obtained free of charge by contacting the email address provided below.

5. Requests for bid documents must be received by 17:00 EAT 17 February 2017

6. Submission of requested information must be received via email to the address below no later than 17:00 EAT 20 February 2017. Late submissions may be rejected.

7. Submissions will be assessed and only shortlisted bidders will proceed to receive the Request For Proposals.
