Kamuli Municipal Council invites suitably qualified bidders to submit prequalification submissions/bids for works, supplies, services and the management of revenue facilities for the Financial Year 2017/18.

Prequalification/bidding will be conducted in accordance with open bidding procedures specified in public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act 2003 (as Amended), and is open to all interested eligible bidders.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement and Disposal Unit; inspect the prequalification /Bidding documents from 8:00pm to 5:00pm on working days at the address given below.

A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of non refundable fees of Shs.100,000 for pre-qualification, direct bidding and Shs.100,000, Shs.70,000, Shs.50,000 and Shs.30,000 for Grade; A,B,C,& D Revenue facilities respectively.

The method of payment will be to Kamuli Municipal Council General Account No. 9030012266072 in Stanbic Bank, Kamuli Branch, upon which a receipt from accounts department will be issued and presented to the Procurement and Disposal Unit for issuance of prequalification /biding document.

Bids must be delivered in triplicate to the address below on or before 11.00am on 12th/06/2017and thereafter public opening will be done on the same day in the presence of bidders who may wish to attend at 12.00 noon at the Kamuli Municipal Council Hall.
