The SDHR Project is supporting staff development in selected Beneficiary Organizations in three sectors (Health, Education and Environment). This staff development should contributes to organizational improvement and as such also to service delivery. The project follows a phased Integrated Capacity Development Framework that facilitates effective project delivery.

·         Phase 1: Organizational readiness for change involving the verification if the organization is ready to start a process to improving its performance.

·      Phase 2: Planning for change with a focus on Human Resource Development where an organization that is ready for change, starts for that change by developing a HRD and training Plan.

·         Phase 3: Human Resource Development by implementing the HRD and Training Plan. In this phase, activities of the HRD and Training Plan are organized and their effect on the Organizational performance is followed up to ensure transfer of learning to the workplace.

The SDHR project, through this tender, is seeking for suitable and competent experts/trainer (under a consultancy firm) to provide specialized training to selected beneficiary organization across the country.
