Makerere University is inviting suitably qualified and reputable firm to submit sealed pre-qualification bids to purchase and consolidate books, periodicals, other reading materials, books related items and book binding materials/equipment and related library items from overseas sources and supply them to the University with effect from Monday, 1st January 2018.

The University gets funding for these materials/items from the Government of Uganda and Development partners. The bidding is open to all eligible bidders from local, international and overseas institutions/countries.
