Supporting Policy Engagement for Evidence-based Decision (SPEED) for Universal Health Coverage in Uganda Project; is a five-years initiative implemented by Makerere University School of Public Health (as a lead implementer), the partners include; Economic Policy Research Centre, National Planning Authority, Uganda National Health Consumers’ Organization , Human Science Research council (in South Africa) and the Institute of Tropical Medicine (Antwerp, Belgium). The Project aims at strengthening policy analysis, and supporting Universal Health Coverage and Health System Resilience in Uganda.
SPEED project is looking for qualified providers for consultancy services to conduct Mid-Term Review of the project. Consultants must be Knowledgeable with long term experience in project evaluation and media analysis. For more details, please visit the project website.
