Moroto Regional Referral Hospital intends to dispose of the following Boarded off assets (Nissan ambulance: model 2000, Nissan double cabin pick-up 2008, Generator 9.5kva, Motorcycles, Tyres, Fridges, Deep freezers, Baby weighing scale, Rollers, Chairs, Life equipment, Electric oven…….. ). The asset(s) are sold on an “as is, where is” basis and the Entity will have no further liability after sale. 

The Entity invites sealed bids for the purchase of the above assets. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Public Bidding Disposal method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 and is open to all bidders.

Interested bidders may inspect the asset(s) at the location indicated in No. 7(a) on Monday to Friday from 9:00 Am to 4:00 PM.

The bidding documents may be inspected and purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address indicated in No. 7(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ugx. 100,000 for Lot 1, Ugx 50,000 for Lot 2, Ugx. 30,000 for Lot 3 and Ugx 10,000 for Lot 4 per lot item to Stanbic Bank Account No. 9030005692201 Moroto Regional Referral Hospital. Bids must be delivered to the address indicated in No. 7(c) at or before 3:00pm 7th December 2017. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or representatives of the bidders who may choose to attend at the address indicated in 7(d) at 3:30 pm 7th December 2017
