The Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development through the Third Financial Management and Accountability Programme (FINMAP III) is in the process of carrying out procurement for design and build of the new office block for the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development at Plot 2-12 and 2A Apollo Kaggwa Road, Kampala.

The Entity ,invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above works.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Asset Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders.

Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address given below in No. 8(a) from 8:00am to 5:00pm only during working hours.
