Welthungerhilfe is an international NGO with headquarters in Bonn, Germany. For its project in West Nile funded by the German Government through the Ministry of Economic Co-operation and Development (BMZ), Welthungerhilfe launches this call for the Drilling and completion of Eleven (11) deep boreholes (2No. production boreholes and 9No. handpumps).

This tender is open to interested eligible drilling companies in Uganda, with proven experience in borehole drilling and completion works. They must be registered and holders of valid drilling permit of Ministry of Water and Environment.

Description

Geophysical survey, boreholes drilling, construction of concrete apron, test pumping, installation and completion work. of 2No. Production boreholes (1 No. in Rhino camp settlement and 1No. in Bidibidi — Yumbe). Five (5) handpumps in lmvepi refugee settlement / host community in Arua District and Four (4) handpumps in Bidi-bidi refugee settlement area/ host community in Yumbe District.
