The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Uganda Operation invites qualified water trucking service providers to make a firm offer for establishment of Frame Agreements for the provision of water trucking services in the refugee operation areas in Uganda.

This is therefore to invite registered, reputable and qualified water trucking service providers to submit their firm offers for establishment of multiple year Frame Agreements for the provision of water trucking services.

Eligible authorised water trucking service providers duly registered with relevant government authorities, with sound financial basis, relevant experience with knowledge of how to meet UNHCR's needs for emergency and regular response, operating under demanding conditions are invited to participate in the bidding process.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain bidding documents and UNHCR General Conditions of Contract for Supply of Goods 8, Services from the UNHCR Country Office located at Plot 11/13, Mackenzie Close, Kololo, Kampala, from 9:00am — 5:00am on working days Monday to Thursday and 9:00am -1:00pm on Friday.

Confidential bids clearly marked with Invitation To Bid number, must be addressed and physically delivered and dropped in a tender bid box at security office:
