AVSI Foundation, in the context of the implementation of the programme "Development Food Assistance Program -Uganda", Cooperative Agreement AID-FFP-A-17-00006 in Kamwenge District, funded by USAID, intends to apply a portion of the grant to payments under this contract.

Supplies:

 AVSI Foundation invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of commodities here below. Please note that items on LOT 01 to LOT 04 for Vehicles, Mini Bus and Motorcycles respectively shall be procured Duty Free.

The below-mentioned vehicles/equipment will be utilized during implementation of project activities within the areas of operation in Kamwenge District.

LOT 01: NEW HEAVY DUTY 4WD VEHICLES, 05 UNITS

 5 doors, African specifications, diesel engine, and size: 2,500 cc to 3,000 cc.

LOT 02: NEW HEAVY DUTY 4WD VEHICLE, 01 UNIT

 5 doors, African specifications, diesel engine, size: 4,200 cc to 4,500 cc.

LOT 03: NEW VEHICLE MINI BUS 1 UNIT

Diesel engine, size 3,500cc to 4,500cc, 2WD (4WD is an added advantage).

LOT 04: NEW MOTORCYCLES 10 UNITS

Engine size from 100cc to 150cc.

LOT 05: NEW LAPTOPS: 3 UNITS

 Processor: Intel Core i7-7500U (2.7 GHz up to 3.5 GHz Speed, 8MB L3, 1866 MHz FSB).

LOT 06: NEW LAPTOPS, 6UNITS

 Processor: Intel Core i5-7200U (2.30 GHz Speed, 8MB L3, 2133 MHz FSB).

LOT 07: NEW DESKTOPS 19 UNITS

Processor: Intel Core i5-7200U (2.7 GHz up to 3.5 GHz Speed, 8MB L3, 1866 MHz FSB ).

LOT 08: NEW TABLETS 130 UNITS

CODE OF ETHICS ACCEPTANCE CLAUSE

 The Code of Ethics is an official AVSI Foundation document, approved by the Board of Directors, which contains principles and rules of conduct to be followed by anyone who works or deals with the Foundation, including suppliers and consultant.
