Background:
University Research Co., LLC (URC), a US-based public health organization working in Uganda since 2005, is implementing the USAID-funded Regional Health Integration to Enhance Services in East Central Uganda Activity (USAID RHITES-EC). The purpose of this project is to support the implementation of a comprehensive, integrated investment in regional health, HIV/AIDS and nutrition assistance. This five-year activity targets 11 districts in East-Central Uganda with an estimated total population of 4.1 million through a district-based integrated package of quality health, HIV/AIDS, nutrition and child development services. USAIDs RHITES-EC provides technical support to enable implementation of comprehensive integrated health services and systems strengthening with focus on Reproductive, Maternal, Neonatal and Child Health interventions in 11 districts.
The assignment: URC is hereby seeking the services of One (1) individual competent consultant to pilot test the Wheel of Practices for better living. Required Qualifications: Academic qualifications: Master's degree or equivalent in Social Science (Anthropology or Sociology)
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Public Health with 2 similar types of implementation of qualitative research.

Bids should include: A concept note expressing understanding of the tasks and detailing how the work will be conducted, fees, copies of reports of 3 relevant assignments completed during the last 5 years and a detailed CV with contact details of at least 3 referees .
