1. The Cotton Development Organisation now invites suitably qualified bidders to submit sealed Short Listing submissions for provision of various Works, Services and Supplies for the financial years 2018/19-2020/21. Providers who will be pre-qualified shall be invited from time to time to bid for requirements.

2. The list of supplies, works and services to be provided include but not restricted to the following;

Sup/1 Agricultural tools and equipment ,Sup/2 Cleaning equipment and materials, Sup/3 Computers, Computer consumables and accessories, Sup/4 Firefighting equipment and spares, Sup/5 Supply of Generators and Solar equipment, Sup/6 Printers, Printer consumables and accessories, Sup/7 Tyres, tubes, batteries and Spare parts, Sup/8 Air Conditioners and Accessories, Sup/9 Security gadgets, Sup/10 Office Furniture and Fittings, Sup/11 Assorted office stationery, Sup/12 Office equipment and tools, Sup/13 Petroleum products and Lubricants, Sup/14 Supply and installation of Computer software, Sup/15 Staff Uniforms, Sup/16 Plumbing materials, Sup/17 Sealing wax, Sup/18 FAQ polythene bags, Sup/19 Supply of fertilizers and Agricultural chemicals, Sup/20 Mechanical spare parts and accessories for machines including cotton seed delinting machines, Sup/21 Electrical spare parts and accessories for machines including cotton seed delinting machines, Sup/22 Supply of industrial protective wear Sup/23 Seed Packaging bags, Sup/24 Office blinds and fittings

C. WORKS:

Work/3Minor Civil works(renovations, painting, drainage, plumbing)

3. The evaluation criteria shall include but not limited to experience in the field applied for, personnel, financial status, and facilities as appropriate for each requirement.

4. Short Listing submissions will be evaluated in accordance with the Public Pro-curement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 of the Government of Uganda. Short Listing is open to all eligible bidders.

5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from CDO and inspect the Short Listing documents at the address given below from 8.30AM - 5.00PM.

6. The Short Listing documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon pay-ment of a non-refundable fee of shs. 50,000/= per item. The method of payment will be through the URA Portal.

7. Short Listing submissions must be delivered to the address below at or before 11.00am on Tuesday 6th February 2018. Late submissions shall be rejected.
