Kaabong District Local Government uses funds from Central Government transfers towards the cost of acquisition of works and supplies to be procured and now invites suitably qualified Companies/ Firms to submit sealed bids of interest for the Construction of Multipurpose science laboratory.

A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders from Procurement and Disposal Unit Kaabong upon payment of a non refundable fee of UGX; 200,000/= for A except (Latrines and B for 100,000/= ONLY to Kaabong District General fund account Number 9030005822482 Stanbic Bank, Kotido Branch. The bid documents will be issued upon presentation of the General Receipt obtainable from Finance and those who already purchased for fencing have their receipts still valid.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. General receipt of non refundable fee

2. National identity card for directors

3. Valid income tax clearance

4. Valid trading licence

5. Site inspection report

6. Two copies (original and copy)

7. Financial capacity

 8. Experience of the company and equipments for performance

 9. Experience of technical staffs in similar works/supplies

10. Legal capacity to contract

NB: Other requirements are in the bid documents available for inspection.

Bids must be submitted by hand to; "Kaabong Procurement and Disposal Unit Office at or before 10: 00 AM” 2nd February 2018 Late bids shall be rejected and no liability will be accepted for any loss or late delivery, The entity will not be bound to accept the highest or lowest bid.
