1. The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions has allocated funds to be used for the construction of a regional Office facility in Lira

2. The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the above construction.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda's Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and are open to all bidders from eligible source countries including East African Countries.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Procuring and Disposing Unit and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below during working hours (8AM-5PM) as in (9) below.

5. Bidding documents may be purchased from: The Head of Procurement and Disposal UM fora non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (Uganda Shilling One Hundred Thousand Only, or its equivalent Ina freely-convertible currency. This fee is payable to Uganda Revenue Authority through all participating commercial banks after obtaining the bank Advise form from the cash office of the Office of the Director.

6. Bids shall be valid for One Hundred and Twenty (120) days after Bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX 10,000,000 (Ten Million Shillings) only

7. A Compulsory Pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 15th February, 2018 at 11:00am. All bidders shall

assemble at the ODPP Regional Office located at Agwata Road, Plot 5,Lira Municipality

8. Tenders are to be submitted in one sealed Envelope containing one “Original" plus two copies. clearly marked "Tender for the construction of the regional office in Lira for the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions'. (Original or Copy respectively) to:
