1. Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) has allocated funds within its budget to be used for Procurement of assorted fuel and lubricants on framework arrangement

2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the above supplies.

 3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda's Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 and  is open to all bidders from eligible source countries.

 4. Detested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address below from in No.7(a) 9.00 am to 4.00 pm.

5. Bidding Document in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non—refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (One hundred thousand shillings) only to Cash Office and the method of payment is by cash. Bids must be delivered to the address below in No.7(c) at or before March 13th, 2018 at 11:00 am. Late bids shall be rejected.

6. Bids will be opened in presence of bidder's representatives may who choose to attend at the address below in No.7(c) on March 13'h, 2018 at 11.30 am
