The Judiciary invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Design, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of a Multi-Point Video Conferencing System (VCS) for The Judiciary

3. Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX. 100,000/. (One Hundred Thousand only) for each procurement. The method of payment will be by Bank. However, the procurement will be subject to exclusive reservation of public contracts by threshold to local providers or firms owned by Ugandans in accordance with PPDA Guidelines.

4. The deadline for bid submission shall be at 11:00am on 9th March, 2018.
