  1. Ministry of Internal Affairs has received funds to be used for the acquisition of Purchase of Motor vehicle
  2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies
  3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open Open Domestic Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders.
  4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from - .
  5. The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 100,000 UGX. The method of payment will be Through Bank
  6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before Thursday, 22 Mar, 2018 . All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 7,000,000 UGX or a bid securing declaration. Bid securities or bid securing declarations must be valid until . Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) on 22/03/2018

    Republic of Uganda Ministry of Internal Affairs BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY OF ONE (01) STATION WAGON PROCUREMENT REFERENCE No. MIA/SPLS/17-18/00024 1. The Government of Uganda through Ministry of Internal Affairs has allocated funds for the acquisition of one (01) Station Wagon. 2. The Ministry of Internal Affairs now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of the above vehicle. 3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders. 4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement and Disposal Unit at the Ministry of Internal Affairs and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 6 from 9:00am- 4:30 pm. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application on a company Letterhead to the address below in No. 6 and upon payment of a Non-Refundable Fee of UGX 100,000 (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only). The payment will be made through the bank and Bidders will be issued with a general receipt, which will be presented, to the Procurement and Disposal Unit for issuance of the Bidding Document. No Liability will be accepted for loss or late Delivery. 6. Bids must be hand delivered to the address below in No. 6 on or before 11:00am on 22nd March 2018. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX 7,000,000. The Bid security must be valid until 29th July 2018. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 11:05am on 22nd March 2018 in the Ministry’s Boardroom.
