1. Background:

The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Representation in Kampala, Uganda, invites registered, reputable and qualified companies to submit firm offer(s) for the provision of temporary accommodation with catering services in Hoima District (Kyangwali) and Kyegegwa District (KyakaII) in  Uganda 

Eligible and qualified companies duly registered with the relevant Government authorities, having sound financial basis and relevant experience with knowledge of how to meet UNHCR's needs are invited to participate in the tendering process.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain bidding documents for the above tender, as well as the UNHCR General Conditions of Contract for supply of Goods and Services from the UNHCR Representation Office located at Plot 11/13, Mackenzie Close, Kololo, Kampala, from 9:00am — 5:00pm on working days Monday to Thursday and 9:00am -1:00pm on Friday, starting on 26th February 2018. Otherwise, interested eligible bidders may request for the bidding documents to be sent to them by e-mail to: ugakasup@unhcr.org and nicolas@unhcr.org.
