1. Arua Regional Referral Hospital has received funds from the Government of Uganda to be used for the acquisition of Construction works of Seven Storey Staff House.

2. The Entity therefore invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above works.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method contained in the Government of Uganda's Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 and is open to only local bidders.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 8:00a.m to 5:00p.m Monday to Friday working hours.

5. A complete set of the Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX: 200,000/= to Stanbic Bank Account No. 9030005781913 Arua Regional Referral hospital.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) on or before 10tth April 2018 at 10:00 am local time. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX: 170,000,000. Bid securities must be valid until 15. Aug.2018. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) on 10th April 2018 at 10:30 am

7. There shall be a pre-bid meeting and site visit at Arua Referral Hospital at 10:00am on the dates indicated in the proposed schedule in this notice.
