1. The Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development has allocated funds from GOU to be used for the acquisition of Computers and Accessories for Uganda Women Entreprenuership Program

2. The Ministry now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of Computers and Accessories.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open International bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below in No. 7(a) from 08:00am to 05:00 pm during the week days.

5. The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below in No. 7(a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000. The method of payment will be use bank Advise Form (BAF) payable through any Bank branch.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below in No. 7(a) at or before 11:00am on 06/04/2018. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as below of UGX 10,000,000 (Uganda Shillings Ten Million)

Bid securities must be valid until 5th October 2018. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who may choose to attend at the address below in No. 7(b) at 11:30 am on 6/04/2018.
