1 . The entity has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of consultant for risk assessment of UWA and developing appropriate risk management strategies.

2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the above consultancy service.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda's Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address below in No. 8(a) from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm.

5. Bidding Document in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non —refundable fee of Ug.Shs 100,000(One hundred thousand shillings) only to Cash Office and the method of payment is by cash.

 6. There shall be a Pre-bid Meeting in Conference Room 2 at 11.00 am on March 14th, 2018.

7. Bids must be delivered to the address below at the address below in No. 8(c) at or before April 06th, 2018, at 11:00 am. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in presence of bidder's representatives who choose to attend at the address below in No. 8(d) on April 06th, 2018, at 11:15 am
