HIJRA with funding from the UNHCR in Uganda and in partnership with Office of the Prime Minister (OPM) Refugee Desk has committed funds towards 24KM ROAD OPENING AND GRAVELLING IN MOMBASA VILLAGE-KYANGWALI REFUGEE SETTLEMENT HOIMA. HIJRA now invites sealed and suitable bids from qualified reputable and eligible bidders for the works as outlined below:

Instructions to Bidders 

1. The bidding documents will be provided to bidders at no cost upon submission of the written application letter addressed to: HIJRA PLOT No 65 Kanjokya Street, Kololo

2. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening date. Your bids shall be delivered to: HIJRA PLOT No 65 Kanjokya Street, Kololo

3. Your bids must be submitted in two separate envelopes (Technical and Financial proposals) and in 3 copies, one Original and two Copies.

 4. HIJRA reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Forgery or falsification of bid documents in anyway will not be accepted. Those bid documents which are not signed by the bidder shall not be considered for evaluation.

5. Submission of offers in Uganda Shillings must be hand delivered to the following addresses: HIJRA PLOT No 65 Kanjokya Street, Kololo
