INVITATION TO TENDER

Eskom Uganda

Limited invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for:

1.       PROVISION OF HAZARDOUS AND NON-HAZARDOUS WASTE TRANSPORTATION AND DISPOSAL SERVICES FOR KIIRA & NALUBAALE POWER REF: RTO/2967

2.       PROVISION OF FUMIGATION SERVICES AT KIIRA & NALUBAALE HYDROPOWER STATIONS AND ESKOM RESIDENCES: RTO/ 2966

CONDITIONS OF TENDER.

1.       Interested eligible bidders may obtain soft copies of bid documents freely for the above mentioned tenders. These can be obtained from the Eskom Uganda Ltd Website:www.eskom.co.ug or by sending an expression of interest to the email address tenders@eskom.co.ug requesting for the bidding documents. Deadline for requesting bid documents by prospective bidders is 26th March 2018.

2.       . All bids shall be delivered and registered at the Eskom Uganda Limited reception at Nalubaale Hydro Power Station- Jinja.

3.       Bids will be opened on the dates as prescribed in the bid document in the presence of the bidders' representatives who may choose to attend.

4.        All bidders should attach all accompanying documentation as prescribed in the bid document. Eskom Uganda Limited is not bound to accept the lowest bidder or any bid.

5.        Site inspection dates are communicated in the Bid documents.

6.        The bids are to be submitted as separately for each.

7.       Deadline for bid submission will be 4th April 2018 as prescribed in the Bid document.
