Invitation to bid for Technical Support to Operations & Maintenance for Karuma and Isimba HPP; UEGCL/CONS/17-18/00099

1. The Uganda Electricity Generation Company Ltd has allocated funds to be used for the provision of Technical Support to Operations & Maintenance of Karuma and Isimba Hydro Power Projects

2. The Entity invites your sealed proposals for the provision of the above services.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Government of Uganda's Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 the PPDA (Procurement of Consultancy Services) Regulations, 2014 and the procedures described in Part 1: Proposal Procedures.

4. You may obtain further information and inspect the proposal documents at the address given below in No.8(a) from 9:00am - 4:00pm.

5. Proposals must be delivered to the address below in No. 8(a) at or before 2:00pm on Wednesday, 18. April, 2018. Late proposals shall be rejected. Proposals will be opened in the presence of the consultants' representatives who choose to attend at the address below in No. 8(a) at 2:10pm on Wednesday, 18" April, 2018.

 6. The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below in No. 8(a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of US$ 150. (United States Dollars One Hundred and Fifty Only). The method of payment will be on UEGCL NC No. 9030011177386, Stanbic Bank Project USD upon which they shall be presented a bank slip as proof of payment. The document may be picked by the bidder from UEGCL Office.

7. There shall be a pre-proposal meeting on the dates indicated in the proposed schedule in this notice.
