1) FSD Uganda is an independent, not for Profit Company. We support innovation, conduct research and help improve policy and regulation. Our objective is a deeper, broader and more inclusive financial sector in Uganda using a market development approach. We work with financial service providers, mobile network operators and other financial sector actors to develop financial products, services and channels to enhance access to finance.

2) FSD Uganda has allocated funds for the acquisition of consultancy services for provision of fund management services.

3) FSDU Uganda invites eligible consultants/firms to submit sealed proposals to undertake fund management services on an annual contract renewable subject to satisfactory performance.

4) The consultant/firm should explicitly demonstrate an understanding of the terms of reference and the assignment.

 5) There shall be a pre-proposal Meeting on 6^th  April 2018 at 10:00 am EAT at the FSD Uganda Offices at the address below:
