REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES TO CONDUCT A SURVEY ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION & BRAND PERFORMANCE
Centenary Bank, the leading Commercial Microfinance Bank in Uganda serving over 1.4 million customers with 70 branches, 172 ATMs networked countrywide and other mobile banking plat-forms, intends to engage the services of an experienced and professional consult-ant to Conduct a Survey on Customer Satisfaction and Brand Performance.
Overview of the assignment
Since 2007, the Bank has been implementing an aggressive branding project with the over-all goal of strengthening its brand position in the market place. This project has culminated into a rich brand, which the Bank desires to ascertain performance in terms of delivering the brand promise. The fact that the level of customer satisfaction h. a direct impact on the brand, the Bank desires to ascertain the brand performance together with the level of customer satisfaction.
A complete set of bidding documents in English can be purchased at a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 by submission of an application letter to the Bank's Corporate Service Division at Mapeera House, Floor 7.
Clearly labeled sealed bids (in English) should be hand delivered and registered at the Corporate Service Division at the address below on or before Thursday 19th April, 20 18 at 10:30 am in a sealed envelope marked "Re-quest for Proposals for CONSULTANCY SERVICES TO CONDUCT A SURVEY ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND BRAND PERFORMANCE". Thereafter, there will be bid opening at 11:00am in Corporate Services Division on Floor 7 in the presence of the bidders and/or their representatives who choose to attend:
