1. The National Council for Higher Education has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of two station wagon vehicles.

2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 9.00am - 4.00pm.

5. The Bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000.

6. Payment will be made to the following Account details:

7. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 11.00am on 8th May 2018. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security worth 3,000,000= for Lot 1 and 2,500,000= for Lot 2. Bid security must be valid until 30th July 2018.

8. Late bids shall be rejected.

9. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who may choose to attend at the address give in No.11 below at 11.30 am on 8th May 2018.

10. There shall not be a pre - bid meeting.
