1. The entity has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of consultant for feasibility study for biodiversity and tourism projects in LMNP and QENP.

2. The Entity invites sealed proposals for the provision of the above services.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the method of short-listing of consultants following publication of an expression of interest contained in the Government of Uganda's Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 the PPDA (Procurement of Consultancy services) Regulations, 2014 and the procedures described in Part 1: Proposal Procedures.

4. You may obtain further information and inspect the proposal documents at Procurement and Disposal Unit.

5. There shall be pre-bid meeting on the 24th April 2018, at 11; 30 am in conference room 2.

6. Bidding Document in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non —refundable fee of Ug.Shs 100,000/. (One hundred thousand shillings) only to Cash Office and the method of payment is by cash.

7. Bids must be delivered to the address below in No. 8(c) at or before; 11:00 am, 21st May, 2018. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in presence of bidder's representatives who choose to attend at the address below in No. 8(d) on 21st May, 2018 at 11.15 am.
