The Soroti Municipal Council has allocated funds from Government of Uganda and intends to apply proceeds of these funds towards works. The Soroti Municipal Council now invites suitably qualified bidders to submit sealed bids for the below works FY 2017/18 SORO 763/WRKS/2017/2018/ 00058/Reconstruction of a 4 Classroom Block at Hilders Primary School (Re-advertised).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Applicants should attach following.

a) Name and Address of Directors including Colored Passport Size Photograph of main director.

b) Name and Address of business (postal and physical address including Telephone numbers)

c) Copy of Valid Transaction Tax Clearance Certificate

d) Financial status of the firm (Certified Bank Statement from August 2017 — to date.

e) Copy of Certificate of Incorporation/Registration, Article and Memorandum of Association [Where applicable].

f) Certified copy of Valid Trading License.

g) Registered Powers of Attorney

h) Original receipt of payment.

2. Bidders/applicants are required to pay non-refundable fee of Ugx: 100,000 for Construction works to Stanbic Bank, Soroti Branch General Fund Account No. 9030005798824

 3. Upon presentation of Bank pay slips and after verification, a bidder will be issued with the general receipt to that effect by the Municipal Cashier thereafter a solicitation document may be obtained from the office of the Head of Procurement and Disposal Unit on presentation of original General receipt.
