Eskom Uganda Ltd (EUL) is the leading Electricity Generation Company in Uganda. The Company was incorporated on 22^nd November 2002 and commenced operations on 1^st April 2003. Eskom Uganda Limited (EUL) is a subsidiary company of Eskom Enterprises (Proprietary) Limited - South Africa. the Investment arm of Eskom Holdings Ltd; the leading Electricity Generation Company in Africa. Eskom Uganda Limited Operates and maintains the Nalubaale and Kiira Power Stations in Jinja under a 20 year Concession. The power plants are owned by Uganda Electricity Generation Company. We provide reliable and sustainable hydro power for national development.

Eskom Uganda Limited invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for waterways repairs for unit 15 at kiira power station.

CONDITIONS OF TENDER.

1. Interested eligible bidders may obtain soft copies of bid documents freely for the above mention. tender. These can be obtained from the Eskom Uganda Ltd Website, www.eskom.co.ug or by sending an expression of interest to the email address tenders@eskom.co.ug requesting for the bidding documents. Deadline for requesting bid documents by prospective Bidders is 25^th April 2018.

2, All bids shall be delivered and registered at the Eskom Uganda Limited Reception at Nalubaale Power Station - Jinja.

3. Bids will be opened on the dates as prescribed in the bid document, in the presence of the Bidders' representatives who may choose to attend.

4. All Bidders should attach all accompanying documentation as prescribed in the bid document.

5. Eskom Uganda Limited is not bound to accept the lowest Bidder or any bid.

6. A mandatory site inspection is scheduled for 25th April 2018.

7. Deadline for bids submission will be 15^thMay 2018 as prescribed in the Bid document.
