The Authority hereby invites bids from eligible Construction Companies to bid for Performance Based Maintenance and Periodic Maintenance Works on various roads in the counties listed below to be financed by the Government of Kenya. Nkubu - Mitunguu Kapsoit - Sondu Masii- Tawa Kamagambo-Mogonga Ukunda – Diani Beach Roads Mwingi - Tseikuru Gede- Watamu Pre-bid site visits shall be open BUT MANDATORY and bidders are free to visit the sites with prior arrangements with the KeRRA Regional Managers of the various Counties where the projects are located. Bidders must ensure the Site Visit Certificates are signed by the respective Regional Manager. The list of contact details for Regional Managers is available on the Authority’s Website.

Bidders are requested to download full details of the advertisement and tender documents from the IFMIS supplier portal supplier.treasury.go.ke and the Authority’s website www.kerra.go.ke with effect from Tuesday, 27th March, 2018.

Submission Process
The sealed bids MUST be submitted to the address below or deposited in the Tender Box located on 6th Floor Blue Shield Towers on or before Wednesday 11th April, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Thereafter, opening of the bids will take place at the same venue starting from 11:15 a.m. Bids not received at the submission venue by the closing time will not be accepted for opening and will be rejected and returned unopened.
