The National Cereals & Produce Board (hereinafter referred to as ‘’the Board’’) invites sealed tenders from eligible firms for supply, delivery and assembling of office furniture at various offices at the NCPB Head Office.

Obtaining Documents
A complete set of tender documents containing detailed information may be obtained from NCPB, Head Office, Nyumba ya Nafaka, Industrial Area – Nairobi, Procurement Department upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kshs.1,000 in cash or Bankers Cheque

Opening Venue
Tenders shall be opened soon thereafter in the NCPB Boardroom (door 104) in presence of interested bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.

Submission Process
Completed serialized/paginated bid document shall be enclosed in a plain sealed envelope and marked tender foe, “SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLING OF OFFICE FURNITURE.” TENDER NO.NCPB/FURNITURE/19/2017-2018, addressed to: - The Managing Director, National Cereals and Produce Board, Nyumba ya Nafaka, Machakos/Enterprise Roads, Industrial Area, P.O BOX 30586, Nairobi. and physically deposited in the Tender box situated in Nafaka House, Ground Floor, by the Main Entrance, so as to be received on or before 24th April, 2018 at 12.00 noon.
