TOTAL E&P UGANDA LIMITED an Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Company, in conjunction with TULLOW UGANDA OPERATIONS PTY LIMITED, collectively referred to as the "Company", invite experienced, reputable and qualified contractors to express the, interest in the provision of Agricultural Support Services as part of the Social Management Program for Project Affected Persons (PAPs), covering the TILENGA project in the Albertine Graben Region of the Republic of Uganda.

The Agricultural Support Services will include, but will not limited to, the following:

• Support to Farmers Groups and Village Saving and Loan Associations (ASIAN)

• Support to tree nursery establishments and management

• Installation and management of drip irrigation technologies

• Provision of agricultural extension services for major enterprises in Buliisa district

• Enhance cassava production within the targeted areas

Minimum requirements:

• At least 5 years of providing similar services in Uganda

• MUST be registered on the Oil & Gas National Supplier Data Base at the time of contract award

• Compliance with National Content Regulations of 2016 and the upstream petroleum regulations of 2016 • Must have suitable employees, qualified and experienced in provision of the above memioned trainings • Registration with NSSF, and with all required insurances for the vendor and their employees

• Adequate financial capacity to undertake the contract

• Compliance to national and internationals laws and oil and gas international standards

Must have a Health Safety and Environment (HS, Management system, quality Policy and related procedures in compliance with local and international standards
