The Kenya Medical Supplies Authority (KEMSA) has set aside funds for use in the procurement of Pharmaceuticals during the financial years 2017/2019. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the funds will be used to cover eligible payments under contracts for Supply of Pharmaceuticals (Oral Liquids & Inhalers). 2. KEMSA now invites sealed bids from eligible Suppliers for the supply of Pharmaceuticals. 3. Bidding will be conducted through the procedures specified in the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act (PPADA) 2015 and is open to all bidders. 4. A complete set of Bidding Document(s) in English (hardcopy) may be purchased by eligible Bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kenya Shillings 1,000 (One thousand Kenya Shillings.)
