4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the Procurement office situated at: Kenya Medical Supplies Authority, Commercial Street

Opening Venue
7. Bids will be opened promptly in public and in the presence of Bidders’ and/ or representatives who choose to attend in the opening at KEMSA bids’ opening conference Hall at 10.00 a.m Local time on Tuesday, 15th May 2018.

Submission Process
Bid must be deposited in the Tender Box No. 1 marked GOK/ World Bank at the Reception on the Ground Floor KEMSA’s Commercial Street Office in Nairobi on or before Tuesday, 15th May 2018. Bulky tenders can be handed over to KEMSA Procurement Director’s office for registration and safe keeping till the tender opening date.
