Submission Process
Completed serialized/paginated bidding documents shall be submitted accompanied with a signed declaration of the number of pages. The documents will be an original and a copy in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked on top with the Tender Number and description and accompanied by a Bid security of an amount of KES 590,000.00 or equivalent in a freely convertible currency from Commercial Banks or Insurance Companies (Approved by Public Procurement Oversight Authority) and should be addressed to: The Chief Executive Officer Kenya Medical Supplies Authority Commercial Street P.O Box 47715-00100 Nairobi and must be deposited in the Tender Box No. 1 marked GOK/ World Bank at the Reception on the Ground Floor KEMSA’s Commercial Street Office in Nairobi on or before Thursday,31stMay 2018. Bulky tenders can be handed over to KEMSA Procurement Director’s office for registration and safe keeping till the tender opening date.
