Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with tender reference number and description, without indicating the tenderer’s name and be deposited in the Tender Box at Administration Block, next to Principal’s Office or be addressed to: The Principal Tom Mboya University College, P O Box 199-40300, HOMA-BAY
