The Uganda Management Institute has allocated funds to be used for the procurement of a new Motor Vehicle.

The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of the above New Motor Vehicle

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Open Domestic Bidding method contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003..

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below in No. 8 from 8.00am to 5.00pm during working hours.

The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below in No. 8 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ugx. 100,000 (One hundred Uganda shillings Only) The method of payment will be through the bank (bank slips may be obtained from the UMI main reception) at Uganda Management Institute, Plot 44-52 Jinja Road, Kampala, Uganda.

Bids must be delivered to the address below in No. 8 before 12.00pm on 5th June, 2018. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of UGX 6,000,000. (Uganda Shillings six million only). Bid securities must be valid until 16th November, 2018. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who may choose to attend at the address below in No. 8 at 12.10 pm on 5th June, 2018
