REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PROVISION OF MARKET SURVEY ON LABOUR MARKET SKILLS AVAILABLE - REFERENCE NO. 10005144

TOTAL E&P UGANDA, an Oil and Gas exploration and Production Company, invites experienced, reputable and qualified service providers to express their interest in the provision of the Labour Market Skills Survey.

TOTAL EP, UGANDA has operations in Kampala, the Albenine region, other locations in Uganda and extending beyond the Uganda borders.

The Labour Market Skills survey will include, but not limited to the following;

• Educational summary of Skills available at graduate level, Ordinary Level, Advanced level, Vocational qualification, diploma level

 • Training centers, Vocational institutions and Universities availability

• Location and distribution of available skills [Graduates, Technicians, Engineers etc)

• Number of personnel available in comparable industries/ Comparable skills set

 • Apprenticeship schemes available

• Training schemes available for large industrial providers

 • Service providers available for operators/ technicians training for Oil B Gas

Minimum Requirements:

• Vendor Must be registered on National Supplier Data Base

• Financial capability to undertake the eventual contract.

• Experience/performance of similar services within Uganda, East Africa or internationally

 • Suitably qualified and experienced personnel

 • Available capacity to provide the services
