Submission Process
A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kshs.1,000 in cash or banker’s cheque payable to the “Comptroller, State House” at the Cash Office located at State House, Nairobi. Bidders will be required to pay in advance a refundable deposit of Ksh.10,000 per vehicle. The deposit will be refunded to the unsuccessful bidders. Completed bid documents in plain sealed envelopes marked with the tender number can be deposited in the Tender Box located outside Supply Chain Management Office or be addressed to: The Comptroller State House P.O. Box 40530-00100 NAIROBI so as to be received on or before Tuesday 29th May 2018 at 10.30 a.m.
