Within the Belgian-Ugandan bilateral cooperation, the Support to the Development of Human Resources Project (SDHR) is supporting staff development in selected Beneficiary Organisations in three sectors (Health, Education and Environment). This staff development should contribute to organizational improvement and as such also to service delivery.

The Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development (MoFPED) and the Belgian Development Agency (ENABEL) are jointly responsible for the implementation. The line ministries of the sectors are actively involved in the activities.

It is in this context that Enabel is looking for a contractor for "PROVISION OF TRAINING SERVICES IN UGANDA IN THE AREA OF ICT". The contract has 3 lots, each of which is indivisible.

The lots are

 • Lot 1: Provision of training services in the area of ICT in Kampala;

• Lot 2: Provision of training services in the area of ICT in Eastern and Northern regions (Arua, Adjumani, Gulu, Moroto, Kaliro and Mbale),

• Lot 3: Provision of training services in the area of ICT in Western and Southern regions (Fort Portal, Masindi, Hoirna, Bundibugyo, Ntoroko, Kasese, Bwera, Mubende and Kabale).

This contract is awarded pursuant to an open procedure and shall be governed by the Belgian law.
