4. Prequalification will be conducted in accordance with the PPDA procedures contained in the Government of Uganda's Public Procurement & Disposal of Assets Act 2003 (Amended).

5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Medical Laboratory Training School and inspect the Pre-qualification documents at the school from 8.00a.m to 5.00 p.m on working days.

6. prequalification document may be obtained by interested bidders from Medical laboratory training school Jinja plot 3,5&7 Kyagwe Avenue and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 100,000/= (One hundred thousand Shillings only) per item applied for to Stanbic Bank Account No.0140034280101 account title Medical laboratory training school Jinja and obtain the receipt from the accountant and pick the document from Head of PDU. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.

7. Prequalification submission must be delivered to the school & registered by PDU before 5 pm on working days. The bids sealed in envelopes must indicate the name of the bidder, subject of item applied for and the item Code as well as the address of the bidder.

8. Prequalification documents shall be inspected, issued and delivered to Procurement & Disposal Unit, Medical Laboratory Training School Jinja.
