AHF-Uganda Cares is a collaboration between Ministry of Health (MoH) and AHF, USA to provide free HIV/AIDS services; including antiretroviral therapy in resource constrained settings. AHF-Uganda Cares to date operate in 22 districts, supporting 54 HIV clinics country wide. AHF-Uganda Cares is in the process of pre-qualifying potential providers for Supplies, Services, and Works for Financial Years 2018/19, 2019/20, 2020/21. AHF -Uganda Cares now invites sealed bids from all eligible bidders for prequalification of Supplies, Services, and Works as specified below:-

1. Antiretroviral (ARV) drugs

2. Medicines for treating opportunistic infections

3. Medical sundries and supplies

4. Laboratory reagents including but not limited to HIV test kits, reagents for hematology, clinical chemistry, parasitology and CD4 reagents

A complete set of original bidding documents in English & further information may be obtained by interested bidders at the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (Uganda Shillings One hundred thousand only). Payment will be made to Barclays Bank. Bank details may be obtained from Finance Office or reception of AHF-Uganda Cares.
