KR is seeking to partner with transportation companies who will be responsible for providing Last Mile Transportation Services for both 20 & 40 containers for Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) from Nairobi – Inland Container Depot (ICD) – Embakasi to Customers facilities within Kenya and the neighboring regions

Obtaining Documents
Interested bidders may obtain the Tender Documents from the office of the Procurement Manager, Kenya Railways Headquarters, Block C, First Floor upon payment of nonrefundable fee of Kshs. 1,000.00 or download the document from KR website at NO Charge.

Opening Venue
Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at The Kenya Railways Headquarters, Block C, First Floor, Sattima Conference Room.

Submission Process
Completed Tender Documents (accompanied by a tender security in the amount and form specified in the tender document) in plain sealed envelopes must be clearly marked with the ‘Tender No.’ and the ‘Description of the Tender’ and shall be addressed to: The Managing Director Kenya Railways P.O.
