Agago District Local Government invites sealed bids /applications from interested competent registered companies /firms, organization and individuals for pre-qualification and award of frame work contract for supplies, services and revenue collection/ management of markets and taxi parks as below;

CATEGORY A: WORKS (Pre-qualification)

 i. General constructions / rehabilitations of buildings.

ii. Sitting ,drilling, pump testing, water quality Analysis, casting and installation of deep boreholes and supervision

iii. Supply of pump parts and other materials for Borehole rehabilitation.

iv. Construction of Lined Latrines (drainable and non-drainable).

v. Construction of fish ponds and Desilting of dams

vi. Periodic maintenance and rehabilitation of roads.

vii.Constructions of market stalls and cattle crush

viii.Construction of Low cost sealing roads

CATEGORY B: SERVICES (Pre-qualification/ Framework Contracts) –

i. Minor maintenance of buildings

ii. Solar panels and electrical installation

iii. Provision of surveying land and valuing services

iv. Repair, servicing and maintenance of motor vehicle and motorcycles (including supply of all spare parts, tyres, and batteries)

v. Internet installations and maintenance

vi. Compound and office cleaning and maintenance

vii.Repair and maintenance of office equipment (computers, printers, fan, photocopies and others

viii.Catering, Hotel and conference services

ix. Hire of plants and equipment for road maintenance

x. Provision of General printing, photocopying and binding services.

CATEGORY C: SUPPLIES (Pre-qualification/ Framework Contract)

i. Supply of Local and manufactured road construction materials

ii. Supply of fuel, oil/lubricant and gas

iii. Supply of 3 seater classroom desks, wooden tables and chairs

iv. Supply of Executive office furniture, fittings, filling cabinets, safes and fans

v. Supply of computers and accessories, generators, cameras, photocopiers, fax machine and small office equipment

vi. Supply of motorcycles and bicycles

vii. Supply of printed and non-printed stationeries

viii.Supply of agricultural inputs, Agro processing machine, fish fingerlings, Local and modern Beehives

ix. Supply of sanitation and cleaning equipment including ,uniforms, table clothes, carpets curtains

CATEGORY D: REVENUE COLLECTION AND MANAGEMENT OF MARKETS/ TAXI PARKS, PRODUCE LOADING (Framework Contracts)

Details of the markets and Taxi parks are displayed at the District Notice Boards.

CONDITION:

1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Public Procurement and Disposal Of Public Assets Act (PPDA) 2006 and is open to all eligible bidders.

2. All bidders are required to buy and fill the standard bidding documents and address to the Secretary Contracts Committee —Agago DLG

3. Terms and conditions of bidding are Included in the bidding documents. Each item in the advert should be paid for separately

4. A complete set of bidding document / application forms in English can be picked by interested Bidder from Procurement and Disposal Unit, Agago District Local Government upon presentation of District Receipt issued by the District Cashier for payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX. 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Shillings only) for each item in category A and C, UGX 70, 000 (Seventy Thousand Shillings only) for each item in category B and D.

5. All payments shall be made to Agago DLG General Fund Account No:01213501071087 with DFCU Bank — Agago Branch.

6. Bids must be delivered to Procurement and Disposal Unit—Agago on or before Monday, 23rd July, 2018 at 12:00pm. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders or their Representatives at above address. Bids opening will be on Monday, 23rd July, 2018 by 02:00pm. For more information contact PDU- Agago
